The questioner says: If the people of evil are spreading their bāṭil (falsehood) through mobile phones and all other means of communication, what is our duty towards this?
The answer:
Al-ḥamdu lillāh (praise be to Allāh). We have no need for TV channels [and similar means] in which people appear [though images], nor do we have need for violations of the Sharīʿah (Islamic law). And knowledge — wa lillāhi l-ḥamd (and all praise is due to Allāh) — is spreading strongly on [our] websites. And we have — wa lillāhi l-ḥamd — sites where lessons, sermons, and lectures are published. Everything we wish to publish spreads strongly by the favour of Allāh ʿAzza wa Jall, and people from various lands take it and benefit.
Al-muḥibb (the lover of truth) knows the sites, knows how to take [from them], he follows them and takes from them. As for the channels where things are published with images, there is no barakah (blessing) in them. As for what we have been publishing for a long time on our own sites, there are no images in them. Knowledge is published, as soon as we finish a lesson and it is refined, it is published — whether a lesson or something else, and Allāh places khayr (goodness) in it.
Al-mubghiḍ (the hater) hears and al-muḥibb (the lover) hears. In these times, the means of publication have become abundant and easy for both al-muḥiq (the truthful one) and al-mubṭil (the false one). Do you not see that some zanādiqah (heretics) nowadays — no one knows them — yet they publish some articles and people see them? So how about some duʿāt (callers to Islam)? How about the duʿāt ilā Allāh (callers to Allāh), given the Muslims' need for what they say, for nuṣḥ (sincere advice), and for ʿilm (knowledge)? People are more in need of that, and they take it with raghbah (eagerness) and nahamah (zeal/avid desire).
Wallāhi (by Allāh), sometimes we publish something in a short time, and before you know it, thousands of people have viewed it. This is from the favour of Allāh Subḥānahu wa Taʿālā. Ad-daʿwah (the call to Islam) is spreading — al-ḥamdu lillāh — ad-daʿwah is spreading and well-known, and Dammāj has gained a reputation reaching the farthest ends of the earth. The branches of Dammāj have also gained a reputation reaching the farthest ends of the earth, especially among those known for nuṣḥ (sincere advice), not for muḍādat (opposition to) khayr (goodness) and its people, nor for tanakkur (disavowal/denial) of that land (Dammāj) and the khayr that is in it.
